Makes 18 servings, 2 shrimp and about 1 Tbsp. dressing each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix hot pepper sauce and butter in shallow bowl until blended; place cracker crumbs in separate shallow bowl.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Dip shrimp, 1 at a time, in hot sauce mixture, then in crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp with each ingredient. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until shrimp are tender.
Serve shrimp with dressing and celery sticks.

Place crackers in large resealable plastic bag; crush crackers wth rolling pin. Dip shrimp in hot sauce mixture, then add, in batches, to crumbs in bag; close bag, then shake until shrimp are evenly coated. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces, for the shrimp.
