  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1½ cups shredded triple-cheddar cheese, divided
  • 24 RITZ Crackers, crushed, divided

Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Stir in spinach. Add 3/4 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs; mix well.

Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cracker crumbs and cheddar.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until casserole is heated through and cheddar is melted.
