Makes 1 cup cheese spread or 8 servings, 2 Tbsp. cheese spread and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray center of small shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Reserve 1 Tbsp. chives for later use.
Sprinkle top of Neufchatel evenly with half EACH of the garlic powder, then paprika. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of the remaining chives onto center of prepared baking dish; cover with Neufchatel, seasoning sides down. Top with remaining garlic powder and paprika.
Use sharp knife to score top of Neufchatel into cross-hatch design, making cuts about 1/4-inch deep. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
Bake 5 min. or just until Neufchatel is softened and scored cuts start to separate. (Do not over bake.)
Top with reserved chives. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
