Chunky CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Sandwiches
Want to be "that house" that all the kids love? Make a big batch of these ice cream sandwiches, wrap them up and keep a bag in your freezer for quick treats!
Ingredient list
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles
Directions
Spoon about 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies.
Cover with remaining cookies to make sandwiches.
Roll edges of sandwiches in sprinkles.
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
