Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Cut 8 cookies in half with serrated knife; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Stand reserved cookie halves, cut sides down, around edges of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom crust; top with berries. Drizzle with chocolate.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
Prepare using Neufchatel cheese and frozen light whipped topping.
This creamy dessert can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
Spoon chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle chocolate over dessert.
