Chewy CHIPS AHOY! PB-Banana Sundae
Microwaved peanut butter is a great ice cream sauce hack - and delicious in this simple dessert idea that includes bananas and a chocolate chip cookie!
Ingredient list
- 1 tsp. creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. thawed frozen whipped topping
- 1 Chewy CHIPS AHOY! Made with REESE’S Cookie
Directions
Microwave peanut butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 to 10 sec. or just until softened when stirred.
Scoop ice cream into dessert dish.
Top with peanut butter and remaining ingredients.
