Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss squash with oil and pepper; spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until squash is tender, stirring after 10 min.
Place squash in food processor. Add sugar; process until smooth. Cool.
Spread squash mixture onto crackers just before serving; top with bacon.
