St. Patrick's Day couldn't be any sweeter when you serve this homemade white chocolate and Irish cream cheesecake dessert. Decorate with a sprinkle of green!

Ingredient list

  • 10 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups crumbs)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
  • ⅓ cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 3 eggs
  • 4½ tsp. green colored sugar

Heat oven to 350°F.


Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.


Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add chocolate and liqueur; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended; pour over crust.


Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely before removing rim.


Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.


Sprinkle with colored sugar just before serving.
