Makes 8 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook hot dog slices in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Add beer; cook and stir 5 min. or until beer is cooked off.
Place crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with hot dogs and cheese.
Bake 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top with mustard.
Portion out the amount you plan to eat and pay attention while eating to fully enjoy these hot dog bites.
Prepare using non-alcoholic beer.
The hot dog slices can be cooked ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator about 30 min. before using as directed.
