Ingredient list

  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
  • 2¼ cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 6 drops blue food coloring
  • 4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup crumbs)
  • 48 TEDDY GRAHAMS Graham Snacks
  • 24 multi-colored miniature marshmallows

Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool cupcakes 15 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.


Spoon 1-1/4 cups whipped topping into small bowl. Tint remaining whipped topping with food coloring. Spread top of each cupcake with some of each color whipped topping to resemble a beach and the ocean. Sprinkle about 1 tsp. graham crumbs over white whipped topping on each cupcake for the sand.


Insert 1 small cocktail umbrella into beach area on each cupcake. Decorate cupcakes with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.
