BBQ-Bacon Party Spread
Using precooked - or leftover - bacon makes this delicious creamy layered appetizer a quick and easy idea for your next gathering.
Ingredient list
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 pkg. (2.8 oz.) fully cooked bacon pieces
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1½ cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
Directions
Spread Neufchatel cheese onto platter.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Top with bacon, vegetables and cheddar.
Serve with crackers.
