Ingredient list

  • 24 drained canned water chestnut slices (about 3/4 of 8-oz. can)
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 12 slices center-cut bacon, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped drained roasted red pepper s

Toss water chestnuts with teriyaki sauce. Let stand 10 min.; drain.

Heat oven to 375°F. Brush crackers with syrup. Top each with 1 water chestnut slice; wrap with bacon piece, overlapping ends under cracker.

Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.

Bake 25 min. Remove from oven.

Heat broiler. Place baking sheet 6 inches from heat. Broil topped crackers 3 min. or until bacon is crisp. Transfer to plate.
