Makes 4 servings, 8 popper crisps each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese for later use. Spoon remaining cheese into 32 small piles, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Top each cheese pile with 1 WHEAT THINS and 1 jalapeño slice.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake 6 to 8 min. or until cheese is golden brown.
Cool 10 min. before transferring popper crisps from baking sheet to serving plate.
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 2 hours before serving.
For a less spicy snack, substitute mini sweet peppers for the jalapeño peppers.
