Ingredient list
- 2 oz. pepper Jack cheese
- 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. black bean and corn salsa
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
Cut cheese into 12 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
Place on crackers.
Top with remaining ingredients.
