Ingredient list

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 4 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce

Cut cheese into 8 slices, then cut each cheese slice in half; place on crackers.

Top with bacon and tomatoes.

Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese is melted. Transfer to serving plate.

Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
