SWEDISH FISH Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza
A peanut butter cookie crust is topped with fluffy peanut butter icing and SWEDISH FISH Candies. It makes a great dessert for a pizza party or sleepover!
Ingredient list
- 1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) peanut butter cookie mix
- 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg. (2 oz.) SWEDISH FISH Mini Candies (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. round sprinkles
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Prepare cookie dough as directed on package; press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean; cool completely.
Whisk peanut butter and whipped topping in medium bowl until blended; spread onto cookie crust to within 1 inch of edge.
Top with candies and sprinkles.
