Turn your favorite Cubano sandwich into a fun appetize with these spicy Cuban flavors stacked between RITZ Crackers. This ham, cheese and pickle combo is so good!

Makes 12 servings, 2 cracker sandwiches each.
Heat grill to medium heat.
Drain pickles on paper towels. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, chili sauce and red pepper until blended.
Cut each cheese slice into 8 pieces. Top each of 24 crackers with 1 cheese piece, 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture, 1 folded ham piece and 1 pickle; cover with second cheese piece and cracker to make sandwich.
Wrap 6 sandwiches in heavy-duty foil. Repeat with remaining sandwiches to make 4 packets.
Grill 8 min., turning after each minute.
Prepare using sliced deli-style smoked turkey breast.
Heat oven to 350°F. Assemble and wrap cracker sandwiches in foil as directed; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 6 min.
The foil packets can be assembled up to 2 hrs. ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to grill. Place in cooler for transporting to your tailgating party or other destination.
