  • Red, orange and yellow mini sweet pepper s
  • Fresh mango  spears
  • TRISCUIT Avocado, Cilantro & Lime Cracker s
  • Fresh lime  wedges

Place hummus on large board or platter; sprinkle with seasoning.  Add peppers, mangos and crackers, placing the crackers both on the board and in bowls or baskets around the board.  Garnish with lime wedges.


This hummus board can be tailored to any number of servings, depending on the size of your gathering. Use a guideline of 2 Tbsp. hummus and 1 oz. crackers per serving.  For a well-balanced board, fill in empty spaces on the board with fresh vegetables and additional fresh fruit. For the 10 servings shown here, figure on purchasing a 10-oz. container of hummus.  Have plenty of TRISCUIT Crackers along with the peppers and mangos.
