S'mores Mug Cake
Need dessert for just 2? These quick mug cakes are the best! Ready in 10 minutes, they're a chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker cake microwaved in a mug.
Ingredient list
- 4½ HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk chocolate chips
- 4 tsp. marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. chocolate sauce
Directions
Crush 4 whole grahams finely; place in medium bowl. Stir in sugar and baking powder. Add butter and egg; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon into 2 (8-oz.) microwaveable mugs sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Let stand 1 min.
Break remaining graham piece in half. Top desserts with marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce and graham pieces.
