Smoky Chipotle Pumpkin Hummus

Makes 2-1/4 cups hummus or 18 servings, 2 Tbsp. hummus and 15 crackers each.

Ingredient list

  • 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce with 2 tsp. sauce, divided
  • 1 container (10 oz.) plain hummus
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin pie filling (See Note.)
  • 1 tsp. pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers

Directions

Chop chipotle pepper; place in medium bowl.

Add 1 tsp. of the adobo sauce along with the hummus and pumpkin pie filling; mix well.

Top with remaining adobo sauce; swirl gently with spoon.

Sprinkle with pepitas.

Serve with crackers.
