Ingredients: 1 pkg. fresh mozzarella cheese, divided; RITZ Crackers; 2 oz. pepperoni (about 1/2 cup); 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese pearls (about 3/4 cup); ½ cup grape tomatoes, divided; 1 pitted black olive, cut lengthwise in half; TRISCUIT Crackers; WHEAT THINS Original Snacks; vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, and bell peppers)

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (16 oz.) sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, divided
RITZ Crackers
2 oz. sliced pepperoni (about 1/2 cup)
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) fresh mozzarella cheese pearls (about 3/4 cup)
½ cup grape tomatoes, divided
1 pitted black olive, cut lengthwise in half
TRISCUIT Crackers
WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, and bell peppers)

Directions

Cut 1 mozzarella cheese slice into 2 pieces for Santa's mustache as shown in photo. Reserve for later use.

Arrange remaining mozzarella slices on serving plate for Santa's beard as shown in photo. Place 14 RITZ Crackers above the beard for Santa's face.

Place the pepperoni slices and mozzarella pearls on platter above the RITZ Crackers for Santa's hat.

Add the olives for Santa's eyes, and the reserved mozzarella pieces for a moustache. Place 1 tomato between the beard and mustache for his mouth.

Serve with TRISCUIT Crackers, WHEAT THINS and additional RITZ Crackers, along with the cut-up fresh vegetables and remaining tomatoes.

Serving Note
Cheese and meat boards can be prepared for any number of servings, depending on the size of the gathering. Use a guideline of 1 oz. cheese, 1/2 oz. meat and 1 oz. (or labeled serving size) of crackers per person.
