RITZ Spicy Ham & Cheese
Creamy cheese melted over slices of deli ham get an extra kick when topped with slices of jalapeno peppers, making these hot appetizers perfect for a party!
Ingredient list
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 8 slices deli-style ham (1/4 lb.), each cut in thirds
- 3 mozzarella cheese slices, each cut into 8 pieces
- 2 large fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top with peppers.
