Makes 12 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
Place shrimp in medium bowl.
Add lime juice, oil and seasoning; toss until shrimp are evenly coated with lime juice mixture.
Heat cast-iron skillet or grill pan on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink
Spread crackers with guacamole; top with shrimp and cilantro.
Prepare using Creole seasoning.
Toss shrimp with 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce along with the lime juice, oil and seasoning.
Serve with small lime wedges on the side to squeeze on top of shrimp-topped crackers.
