RITZ "Cuban" Sandwich
If you love a classic Cubano sandwich with ham, cheese and pickle slices, you'll definitely enjoy our bite size snack version. It's much easier to make, too!
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 deli-style brown sugar ham slices, each cut into thirds
- 1 oz. Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 6 thin slices
- 6 thin dill pickle slices
- 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Directions
Top 6 crackers with ham, cheese, pickles and mustard; cover with remaining crackers to make 6 sandwiches.
Place in single layer on microwaveable plate.
Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until cheese begins to melt.
