RITZ Candy Cane Caprese
Create a quick, but festive, snacking board with our fun holiday candy cane made with layers of mozzarella, salami and tomatoes, with colorful fresh basil leaves tucked in!
Ingredient list
- 10 fresh mozzarella cheese slices (about 10 oz.)
- 10 salami slices (2 inch)
- 3 small tomatoes, cut into 10 slices
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
- 20 RITZ Crackers
Directions
Alternate slices of cheese, salami and tomatoes in candy-cane shape on platter as shown in photo.
Tuck basil leaves between ingredients on platter.
Serve with crackers and balsamic glaze.
