RITZ Cajun Crab Salad Topper
Spice up your party with these Cajun inspired seafood appetizers. Lump crab with a bit of Cajun spice makes a delicious creamy salad for topping flaky crackers.
Ingredient list
- 1 green onion, sliced, divided
- ½ cup lump crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 6 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
Directions
Reserve 1 tsp. onions for later use.
Mix remaining onions with crabmeat, mayonnaise and seasoning.
Spoon onto crackers; top with tomatoes and reserved onions.
