Make ahead this topping for our quick bruschetta appetizers, then you can top, bake and serve these bite sized Italian snacks in no time!

Ingredient list
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
- 35 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomato mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
