  • 4 cups tightly packed coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup rinsed canned low-sodium black beans
  • ¼ cup chopped red pepper s
  • 2 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh salsa
  • 20 PREMIUM Unsalted Tops Saltine Crackers
