  • 1 cup reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 small jicama, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch wide sticks
  • 25 PREMIUM Multigrain Saltine Crackers

Process first 5 ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Place large scoops of cottage cheese mixture in candy cane-shape on platter. Smooth with knife or spatula. Decorate with pepper strips to resemble a candy cane.
