Fold each meat slice in half or into thirds. Cut into star shapes using a small canapé cutter or cookie cutter; place in lunch box, leaving the meat slices stacked together. Reserve meat scraps for another use.
Cut carrot slices into star shapes using a small canapé cutter. Use a small round cutter to cut the cucumber slices into half moons as shown in photo. Place vegetables in lunch box.
Add remaining ingredients to lunch box.
