Makes 2 servings, 3 cookies each.
Twist the top and bottom halves of each cookie in opposite directions to separate the cookie halves, leaving all the creme on one half of each cookie.
Draw the outline of a spider in the center of the creme using a toothpick or wooden skewer. Freeze 5 min.
Carve out the creme from inside the spider shapes using a small metal spatula, toothpick or skewer, carefully removing and discarding the creme from inside the spider outlines. Draw the legs with a toothpick as shown in photo.
