OREO Snowmen Cookie Ball Pops
Looking for a cute holiday recipe that doesn't require skilled decorating? These simple snowman cookie ball pops should be your choice! They are easy & adorable!
Ingredient list
- 48 lollipop sticks
- mini candy eyeballs, black string licorice, small round candies and decorating gels and icings
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted
Directions
Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip one end of each lollipop stick in small amount of white chocolate; insert into center of each ball. Place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 10 min.
Dip pops in melted chocolate. Decorate pops with remaining ingredients to resemble snowmen.
Place on prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in refrigerator.
