Insert wooden pop stick into icing in center of each cookie. Freeze 10 min.
Microwave wafers and oil in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until wafers are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip cookies, 1 at a time, into melted wafer coating, turning to completely coat each cookie. Gently shake off excess coating; place on prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate 15 min. or until coating is firm.
Use red icing to draw laces on pops to resemble baseballs.
These are great treats to serve at a kid's birthday party or as an occasional treat after the kids' baseball games. For added fun, use additional icing to write the kids' names or jersey numbers on the back sides of the pops.
