OREO Baseball Pops
Whether it's the family banquet at the end of baseball season or a sports birthday party, we know you'll get praise for these candy covered OREO Cookie baseballs on a stick!
Ingredient list
- 16 OREO Cookies
- 8 oz. white candy coating wafers
- 1½ tsp. oil
- Red decorating icing
Directions
Insert wooden pop stick into icing in center of each cookie. Freeze 10 min.
Microwave wafers and oil in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until wafers are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip cookies, 1 at a time, into melted wafer coating, turning to completely coat each cookie. Gently shake off excess coating; place on prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate 15 min. or until coating is firm.
Use red icing to draw laces on pops to resemble baseballs.
