1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles

Separate cookies, leaving creme filling on one half of each separated cookie. Place plain cookie halves in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Set creme-topped cookie halves aside.

Microwave 1 caramel on small microwaveable plate on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or just until softened. (Do not microwave until caramel starts to melt.) Carefully remove caramel from plate. Flatten to match shape of cookie, then place on 1 cookie half on baking sheet. Immediately top with 2 pretzels and 1 creme-topped cookie half, creme side down, to make sandwich; press top cookie half into filling to secure.

Repeat, one at a time, with remaining caramels, cookies and pretzels.

Dip half of each cookie sandwich into melted chocolate; gently shake off excess chocolate. Return cookie to baking sheet; top with sprinkles.

Refrigerate 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
