Everyone will ask for the recipe when you make our new ricotta and pistachio cheesecake in a homemade crust. It'll remind you of a favorite Italian dessert.

Combine graham crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. crumb mixture for later use; press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom and up side of 9-1/2-inch tart pan.
Refrigerate 20 min.
Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add pistachio paste and vanilla; mix well. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Combine nuts and reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle over tart just before serving.
For a festive touch, garnish cheesecake with a few fresh cranberries just before serving.
Pistachio paste can typically be found in the nut butter section of the condiments aisle of the supermarket. It is also easy to find online if your supermarket does not carry this item.
