Ingredient list

  • 1 can (19 oz.) black bean soup
  • ¾ cup drained canned corn with red and green bell peppers (half of 11-oz. can)
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 3 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • 15 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers

Ladle into soup bowls; top with sour cream.
