Ingredient list

  • 2 cups frozen bite-size seasoned potato nuggets
  • ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ cup rinsed canned black beans
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ avocado, chopped
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Heat oven to 425°F.


Place potato nuggets in single layer in large cast-iron skillet.


Bake 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 10 min.


Flatten potato nuggets with back of spoon. Top with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.


Serve with WHEAT THINS for dipping.
