Crushed HONEY MAID Grahams replace flour in these fun chocolate and marshmallow muffins. They're a fun start to the morning or a great after school snack idea.

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped chocolate.
Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased muffin pan cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Combine marshmallows, crumbled grahams and remaining chopped chocolate; spoon evenly over muffin batter, then press lightly into batter to secure.
Bake 22 min. or until muffins are lightly browned. Cool 5 min. before removing muffins from pan. Serve warm.
