Ingredient list

  • 3 Tbsp. goat cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers
  • 2 large cremini mushrooms, each cut into 4 slices, grilled
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped mixed green, red and yellow peppers

Directions

Roll cheese into 8 balls.

Flatten each into 1-1/2-inch round.

Roll edges of cheese rounds in parsley; place on crackers.
