Makes 1 (9-inch) crust, about 8 servings.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed ginger snaps, butter and sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
Fill as desired.
Crust can also be used without baking. Mix all ingredients and press into pie plate as directed. Fill with your favorite chilled or frozen pie filling.
Place ginger snaps in food processor container; cover. Process until finely crushed.
