Makes 5 servings, 4 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

20 RITZ Crackers
2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
5 oz. white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 slices
¼ cup French fried onions

Directions

Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle with onions.

Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through.

Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

Recipe Tips

VariationPrepare using RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers and reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese.
Use Your OvenHeat oven to 350°F. Top crackers as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
