Makes 6 cups dip or 48 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 5 crackers each.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-1/2-qt. bowl.
Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except crackers.
Serve with crackers.
Prepare recipe as directed, substituting pesto for the salsa. Top with 1/4 cup each chopped black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions instead of the green peppers, tomatoes and green onions.
This flavorful dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
