Celebrate the cooler temperatures of fall with this baked classic cheesecake. The added topping of cinnamon spiced apples and almonds makes it extra special!

Makes 8 servings.
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended; pour into crust. Top with apples and nuts.
Mix cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. sugar until blended; sprinkle over cheesecake batter.
Bake 40 min. or until center of cheesecake is almost set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate cheesecake 3 hours.
