Whisk peanut butter and whipped topping until blended.
Spoon 2 Tbsp. caramel spread into microwaveable bowl; reserve for later use.
Spread remaining caramel spread onto graham squares; top with peanut butter mixture and banana slices.
Stir water into reserved caramel spread. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec.; stir. Drizzle over bananas.
Substitute a cooked plantain for the banana.
