Makes 8 servings, 3 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • ½ cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices, cut in half
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place ingredients in separate small bowls. Invite your guests to top the crackers with their favorite combinations of ingredients.

Place topped crackers on parchment-covered baking sheet.

Bake 3 to 5 min. or until heated through and/or cheese is melted.
