  • ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 30 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers, coarsely crushed
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

Mix 1/4 cup hot sauce and honey in large bowl until blended. Add wing pieces; toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Heat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade. Place cracker crumbs in pie plate. Add wing pieces, 1 at a time, to crumbs; turn to evenly coat both sides of each wing piece with crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 20 min. or until done. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and remaining hot sauce until blended.

Serve wing pieces with the mayonnaise mixture.
