Cut each egg crosswise into 8 slices. Carefully remove yolk from each slice.

Place yolks in medium bowl. Add spinach dip; mix well. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.

Top crackers with egg white slices. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe yolk mixture into centers of egg white slices on crackers.
