Cranberry and Pecan Cheese Log
Cranberry and orange are a classic flavor combination and the starring flavors of this simple, nut covered cheese log. It's easy to make ahead for entertaining!
Ingredient list
- 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese spread
- ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest
- ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; shape into 6-inch log.
Coat with nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap.
