Our favorite cheesy baked dip is filled with roasted garlic flavor in an easy to make party appetizer. It's so good it will distract you from watching the game!

Makes 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 14 chips each.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix all ingredients except chips until blended.
Spoon into 1-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
Serve with RITZ Chips.
Reserve 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. onions and 1/2 tsp. parsley before assembling dip with all remaining ingredients except chips as directed. Top dip with reserved mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses before baking as directed. Sprinkle with reserved onions and parsley before serving.
Heat oven to 400°F. Cut a 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick slice off the top of 1 large head of garlic to expose the tops of the garlic cloves. (You will need to roast 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to get the 3 Tbsp. mashed roasted garlic needed to prepare this recipe.) Place garlic, cut side up, on a sheet of foil; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Wrap in foil. Place in baking pan. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until garlic cloves are softened and lightly browned. Cool garlic before using as directed. Refrigerate any remaining roasted garlic up to 1 week before using as desired.
Prepare dip as directed but do not bake. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Let dip stand at room temperature for about 30 min. before baking as directed.
Substitute ready-to-use roasted garlic paste or roasted minced garlic for the homemade roasted garlic. Look for it in the produce section of larger supermarkets.
